Great pay for starting in the work force

Upper management is toxic. Will write you up on cts without warning. Will have the document prepped weeks ahead of time before ever talking to employee about the write up. Always argues with vacation time. If you’re sick? GOOD luck. They would rather you get your whole team sick than calling off work. Overall toxic environment to work in.
