      Nice product to work with.

      Cons

      Barcelona Office: Bad working atmosphere. The managers are not very consistent. Low salary + no bonus. No recognition is given to employees who go above and beyond. Lack of respect to employees, nepotism, lack of listening, imposition of unfair policies and awful way to treat employees that show this inconsistencies.

      Work Flexibility. Remote Working and good tools.

      Cons

      CCO (Americas) Spends more time on her personal branding than on Bugaboo. Claims to be the CCO of all the company when she only represents the US and Canadian Market. No strategy in place and does not have a financial or operational acumen.
