Pros
Pay was really just based on how hard you worked, so if you worked hard then you made a lot of money which was really nice. Your paycheck was a direct reflection of the work you put in. I see a lot of complaints about upper management, but that was never my experience. I only really interacted with two of the managing partners, and they were great very helpful and accommodating, and I interacted with them on an almost daily basis. My direct manager was great and one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever met. Coworkers were fantastic, and the recruiter was also really nice. The break room had a cool coffee machine that also made hot chocolate (which I drank every day). It really felt like a little family. I had to leave due to things going on in my personal life that were affecting my work, however I really enjoyed my job and I would recommend working at Building Blocks to anyone who is considering it.
Cons
There is a steep learning curve when you first start which could be frustrating at times.
