Great Company Culture- Goes above and beyond for clients - Client Services Manager Building Blocks for Business Employee Review

This company is at the top of its game when it comes to Benefits Administration companies. We work with brokers to show their clients (companies, school districts, cities and more) how to streamline their benefits administration for their employees. As a benefit advisor licensed in more than half the states in the U.S. I have an opportunity to talk to people every day and educate them on how their benefits work, and show them what choices they have for their families. Even though we are remote, we work as a team in constant communication every day. It's fast paced, and if you continually learn and work on your craft you'll be successful here. We have a phenomenal team of schedulers, managers, sales reps, tech support specialists and back office staff that work tirelessly to make the company work like a well-oiled machine. I have been at Bulding Blocks for 4 1/2 years and hope to retire with this company.

You get what you give, and so if you're not willing to treat this as your career and work hard, as a self-employed person, this is not the team for you. There are no real cons.

I’ve been with Building Blocks for Business since the very beginning of the company’s inception in January 2015 and have worked alongside the core management team for over 15 years. This team is incredible, both to work for and with. Being a part of this organization has allowed me to witness and contribute to substantial growth over the years. Even though we operate as a remote agency, we truly feel like a close-knit community. The friendships I’ve developed with my peers are genuine and special. Management treats every department with equal respect, recognizing that it takes the effort of the entire team to drive the volume of business we do as a national enrollment firm. It’s a team sport, and we all play and win together. The culture here is collaborative, supportive, and everyone’s contributions are valued. I’ve found my forever home with Building Blocks and feel lucky to have a work family I care deeply about and would do anything for!

Honestly, I can’t think of any downsides. Remote work may not be for everyone, but if you thrive in a collaborative, virtual environment, this is the place to be.
