Pros
- Buildkite is a very self-aware company and I love it. Everything is transparent and not hidden behind closed doors, if there's an issue or something not quite right then it will be brought up and dealt with. Nothing is off limits from discussion, ideas aren't limited, suggestions not dismissed. - Amazing culture and people - Benefits are pretty unreal for an Australian company - The CEO + leadership team - The opportunities (from day to day jobs, to career growth)
Cons
Based on other reviews, maybe some personnel exits weren't handled the best (or maybe some people should have never been hired in the first place) and this has lead to a lot of slamming for the CEO. It's understandable from the point of view from a frustrated or angry person, but take them with a grain of salt.
