Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We’ve grown really quickly and recognise that, at 430 employees, we need to develop some new ways of working. We want to build on some of the good foundations that you mention. We’ve developed a plan that focuses on building transparent career progression for all our employees. We’re also putting in place new ways for our team members to provide managers and leaders with feedback.
