great, talented general rank and file staff who get it, want to do great things....until you get to the Senior level, including CEO.
Cons
No vision, no plan to save the company, low pay relative to industry, every Senior Exec position turns over about every two years, except CEO since she is appointed by the family and miraculously isn't ever to blame. Senior level management don't understand customer/product relationship and dynamics of what a good product could be. Always looking for an easy, quick dollar, short term solution, instead of really understanding customer needs, investing in technology to create better products people actually want. Always default to what we've done, enhance 30 year old products, never take risk to make great new products. "good enough" is always the bar, then cost reduce til product is no longer attractive solution to customer needs. But hey, we hit our margin..
