- Mgmt. is all over the place. From micromanaging, to not knowing process, to letting go of employees without thinking it through.
- Mgmt. loves to point out when an employee is wrong vs. helping lead and support.
- Employees are drowning in work due to lack of appropriate resources to do the jobs needed. Working 12-15 days for weeks on end and with no appreciation (but yelled at instead) is driving people to quit.
- Even though people are working extreme amounts of overtime during the week, they are expected to work during the weekend to help "catch up". There is no life/work balance.
- Mgmt. constantly over-promises to clients, causing employees additional stress and forcing them to work late nights and weekends.
