      Fantastic benefits, healthcare, pension, staff discount 31% off, regular team day out, beer Friday, Wednesday fruit & nut drop offs. Regular fancy dress events. Senior directors/ managers very approachable

      Office is dated No flexibility to work from home Dirty toilets Big pay gaps between peers IT equipment is very dated

      Good for those who prefer a rigid, top-down instruction style and minimal autonomy.

      Cons

      The culture feels stuck in the early 20th century. There is a significant lack of modern resources and a total absence of long-term vision. Decision-making is bogged down by excessive layers of bureaucracy
