Pros
* Great product/clients * Some employees are amazing, they will go out of their way to help you and develop your knowledge. These great colleagues are exploited and made to work till they burn out though. * Good benefits and pay (although the disparity of this is alarming) and flexibility
Cons
* The C Level Management are out of touch with the culture of the company and all the things that made Bynder good. Middle aged white men in charge... yawn. * If you are friends with certain managers you will do well and everyone knows it, if your face fits is the theme here. * The changes to the product are slow coming, if you don't count the whole year that was spent on developing Orbit that was then swiftly canned... constant changes in priority. * The culture. Its fun at first but gets tiring and is immature. A real good company culture incorporates everyone not just the ones that get stoned behind the building. *Some managers couldn't even spell that word. They shouldn't be managers and are delusional with the power it brings. Being managed by someone you have no respect for does not bring out the best in people. * If you really are all about the amazing People then care about ALL the people, not just ones in front of you.
