Pros

Steady flow of students in varying programs, from varying countries.

Cons

The company is vey customer focused, which means that they will back and support the customer before they support the employee/instructor. As an Instructor you have to look out for yourself as the management will not have your back in the slightest. Only a few programs in the building where the students actually speak fluent and comprehensive English. Most programs you won't know your schedule for the next day until 4pm the day before. You are salary, but they usually schedule you to work 10-12hr days 5 days a week, and there is no overtime.

Great team of people to work with, easy going environment, amazing benefits especially pto and sick time

Cons

Lots of nepotism among management that favor relatives or close friends for hiring, promotions, or assignments, also micro management and a get it done attitude rather than focus on quality
