I have not Pros for working for CAF Management.
Cons
After working in property management for over 13 years this by far was the worst company to work for. I felt like I was a character in Mean Girls with comments on make-up and weight were made by higher ups. Management cared more about acquiring more properties than they were about the current residents at the property. I did not feel like a valued employee of CAF and pay (at least when I was there) was not competitive.
