      Pros

      It is a good company, the benefits and salary for senior management is very good. The atmosphere is more like a big family.

      Cons

      Being a part of senior management is good but you have little authority. You are responsible and held accountable but you are not empowered to make the necessary changes to move the organization to the next level.

      Thank you for the positive comments and strong feedback. Empowering employees and management to contribute and improve the company is a wonderful idea. We have implemented programs within camp that have internal employees sit on a committee to address issues. We have encouraged feedback and suggestions. Overall we will be working and pushing to create a more empowered management.
