Pros

- Smart colleagues and generally supportive peer culture - Subsidised cafeteria is a nice perk - Exposure to interesting projects

Cons

- Very high level of oversight, with limited trust or autonomy in day-to-day work - Micromanagers are enabled and people element completely missing - Middle management often lacks decision-making authority, leading to inconsistent direction - Favouritism, inconsistent expectations and unclear pathways for progression or fair opportunities - Roles at the same level can feel uneven in terms of responsibilities and pay

Pros

The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

Cons

I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

Pros

They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

Cons

My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
