Hybrid schedule so it doesn’t make the work commute as bad

Management likes to micro manage and not hire more staff. Additionally, a they have horrible insurance for a four tune 500 and no culture.

The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.
Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
