Awful severance and, unless you are willing to move to get promoted, you'll never make any more money. Everyone gets a flat 3% annual increase, regardless your level of performance. Over-achievers, and those doing barely enough to not be disciplined, all get 3%. That sounds great, a guaranteed raise, but all it does is keep pace with inflation.
