Pros

Big name A few solid coworkers

Cons

- Been here few months; you can transfer after 6, but the environment may drain you before then - Company policies and manager behavior rarely align - Warnings and termination threats come fast, even without documented performance issues - Positive feedback is few and far between - Expectations shift constantly with little communication - Extra effort goes unnoticed and personally wouldn’t do it but I’ve seen it— early arrivals, skipped lunches, cost‑saving work, flexibility - Rumor‑based concerns raised but never formally addressed - Managers rewarded and not held accountable despite lacking respect, integrity, or basic management skills - Blame always pushed downward; leadership not held accountable - Strongly advise against going above and beyond — take every break you’re entitled to - If you can make it through the first six months, hopefully the grass is greener or at least less detrimental.

Pros

They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

Cons

My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
