      I have a job to go to.

      Cons

      The manager is here to retire, so does not care. The manager also made negative, unprofessional comments about tenants, service people, and me (I am a disabled veteran). The overall team is unprofessional, and there's no growth at this position as everyone leaves after a year.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
