      Pros

      I got very lucky to work for some really great people. Gave me the opportunity when I had no real estate background Made it so I could buy a car.

      Cons

      Corporate doesn't alway look at what is going on in an individual city - they base their decisions on the national picture which is completely different than local.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
