Cons
After 2.5 years, I’m being micromanaged. Whatever you think, you’ve made it PERSONAL! Taking a well-functioning team and tearing it apart is bad business. Glass office in a hallway across from the bathrooms. Highly oriented toward diversity. Best person need not apply if you’re not a minority or female. Management defends each other regardless of truth. The boss is ALWAYS right even when they’re wrong!
