*Go ahead and get a copy of the floor plans of each office (they store them on the shared N drive monthly - showing where each person is assigned to sit, by name) and then tell me that it isn't blatantly segregated. If that doesn't convince you, give TWC a call and see if they'll share a count of pending discrimination charges.
