      Pros

      Great company with high performance standards, clearly the dominant player in the U.S. for real estate brokerage and transactions services. Very broad service line offerings with great management expertise across the board. Highly professional executive leadership.

      Cons

      Business model is brokerage based which doesn't support the teams that provide corporate services particularly well (FM, Project Management). Limited career development opportunities in some corporate services careers. Still a bit clubby at the top.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
