Pros

Nothing You be a punching bag for higher management and for CISCO

Cons

Don't go by name, its just brand No work ethics, higher management still acts like we are living in 1940's. We should treat them like they are kings. Don't know head n tail of managing teams. If a client says to walk they will hear it as to RUN. Whatever work you do you manager will get recognised not you. Worst mistake of life never should have left my previous company, There is career growth, only by favouritism you can survive in the company. They are firing people due to pandemic and higher management keeping they increments by sacrificing junior level employee's. And they will give big speech n all to cover there mistakes. JOIN HERE ONLY IF YOU HAVE NO OPTIONS. Don't JOIN IF THEY ARE LOOKING FOR CISCO SITE. Here in CISCO site how much talent you have no use. Here they will literally treat you as 3rd class people both CBRE management n CISCO. They our team to work daily 10-12hrs saying its urgent for almost 5months at last they told you are fired HR in company they don't live in this world. Any support u ask they act like they are doing me a big favour. And during induction they started the videocall and asked us to fill all the forms before the video call ends, no time listen or go through the briefing of the company and if we didn't do it, that HR gets angry and behaves like we are wasting his precious time. I don't how this company surviving like this in 2020.

Pros

Honestly? Not much. The vision insurance was decent, I guess. Truthfully though, there wasn't much.

Cons

Management's refusal to allow employees freedom. I routinely got praise from the client and hit the maximum score on my goals. If things weren't done "by the book", they were wrong. The health insurance was awful. Going to self-employment, one of the things that you hear is that you're going to pay a lot for health insurance. However, I'm actually paying LESS than when I worked for CBRE. When you work for CBRE, don't consider job security something that you're going to have. I saw two employees with 15+ years for the company get laid off, with zero severance and no option to transfer elsewhere, unless they wanted to uproot their families and move states for more work and a pay cut. This is the worst company that I've ever had the displeasure to work for. If you have literally any other option of employment, please consider doing that.
