They send you to a general training course which doesn't have anything to do with your specific job and then assume you magically know how to do everything for your job. Then they get mad at you when you ask questions about the specifics of your actual job. - Treats employees like kleenex - we are used and overworked until we are completely spent and then they will try to get rid of you by making your life miserable.
