Cons
- Frustrating disconnect between staff and senior management - Senior management can get far too involved in small things (no delegation) and make your life hell - Run with a very military style of command leadership - Business is operated as if its still a small start up in VN, not a 250 person functional firm - An aversion to education & training - Questionably equitable bonus & commission structure on revenue generated - Organized so no cooperation between business lines or in some cases colleagues (total silos)
