      Company with big name, easy to find another job with CBRE name on your CV. You are trained to work like a machine so any other job after this will be nice and easy

      Cons

      Lack of training, lack of communication and unrealistic expectations. The amount of work can be easy divided between few people

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
