      Great team, general business environment and very interesting projects. Two jobs are never the same and there is always opportunity to learn new things.

      Cons

      Of course as many consultancy jobs the working days can be quite long and some jobs may take some time off your free time.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
