      - You can get a nice cv with cool projects on your resume - An amazing group of talented people. - Great ambition

      Cons

      - Absurd crunch mostly due to bad planning (and bad food during the crunch time) The crunch was paid, but health and time family can not be repaired. - Inexperienced management - Lack of perspective to see the projects as a big picture - Leads and Producers lacking experience in game industry - Low salaries compared with other AAA companies - Poland is a hard place to live due to its culture
