Long long ago so long ago had all positives but recently it got proved that favouritism key role.whatever positives got converted to negative.If we need job then start agreeing to everything what ever they say no obligations, no questions nothing..
Cons
At Ceipal, senior leaders especially C-Level people often rely on feedback from a few easily accessible managers without verifying facts directly. This leads to wrong assumptions about hardworking employees and affects morale. Those handling onboarding, support (in the past), and one individual from workforce trying to safeguard his position often influence perceptions unfairly. While the first two at least contributed by projecting hard workers as they are of no use,no work they do ,but the third neither takes initiative nor adds value, yet stays secure by aligning with them.From day 1 whoever joins need to run to save their role or else over night perception will be build and it get updated to C-level managers & final result no option we have to leave. If management plans to take skip level then comes the whole drama that whoever shares feedback they will be targeted and final conclusion "they are of no use,they don't work,need to be terminated,not fit to any position"
