      Currently, I am working at Ceipal for 1 year, and It very peaceful and enjoyable moments with my team. Good team leads and good understandable management and a good work environment. I am writing this not only as a review, my personal experience compared to my prev companies. It's very good management to work.

      It is a big list 1. Stop nepotism and favouritism 2. Respect employees 3. Give good benefits 4. Stop hiring family and friends of ceo. They act like they are the ceo and say whatever they want to employees. 5. Promote good people 6. Improve the quality of managers and leaders. They are spoiling culture of Ceipal 7. Provide cabs for male employees working in night shift. 8. Improve the product 9. Never join this company
