      It is a nice place to work, good salary, learn a lot of things, usually follow the process

      Cons

      There are a lot of changes and the team lose person already trained, IT ( my area) is a staff area, so the company does not value the work of my team

      Good Equipment and hard to get fired because of the union

      Slow business because competition has taken their major contractors. As a result, not getting any hours
