Upper level management do not care about employees and will tell you this. Your ideas are not wanted or asked for. No work/home life balance even while on vacation you are still expected to answer the phone. One particular GM ran his people on fear, and you never knew which person you would get from day to day, and you would come to work wondering if it would be your last day. They hold managers accountable for all injuries and take bonuses away due to injuries but would not let you fix safety issues because of money and also not enough man power to even do the normal every day work load. Upper management are pricing the company right out of buissness in the area and continue to loose long time customers everyday.
