Pros

The recruitment process at CERN is exceptionally professional, transparent and supportive. Communication is always clear and timely, and the recruiters truly care about helping candidates feel comfortable and informed. The atmosphere is respectful and encouraging, and the team provides honest feedback and guidance that reflects CERN’s strong values of excellence, diversity, and integrity. The overall experience is inspiring and makes candidates feel genuinely valued.Exceptional professionalism and support from the Talent Acquisition team. Marie Piperakis provided remarkable clarity and guidance throughout the process, and Jean-Baptiste Voitellier also contributed with a very kind, structured and reassuring approach. Overall, the communication style of the TA team reflects CERN’s culture of respect, precision, and genuine care for candidates.

Cons

The process is very thorough and involves several steps, which may feel long for candidates who are not familiar with CERN’s structure. However, this also reflects the high standards and the level of responsibility associated with the roles.

Pros

The employment process is very smooth and supportive. The technical team interviewed me for technical skills, and the HR is very supportive and helpful. Especially I haven't been employed by CERN previously, so I have a lot of questions. The employment team is very helpful and answered all my questions patiently. Also I like the job and my work very much.

Cons

Maybe the primary communication method could be email instead of phone calls? I sometimes miss phone calls, but will check every email.
