This place was single-handedly the worst place I have worked at. The micromanagement was RIDICULOUS. Diane literally called me at least 50 times a day. HR is also front desk so not only a bit degrading but you basically are in a separate room away from everyone and have no chance to mingle. This place actually made me want to take a break from working because it was that awful. Also- I was getting paid 15 dollars an hour with a whole college degree. How can anyone pay their student loans, rent, food with that ridiculous pay. Benefits are close to none. It's actually laughable, you get 3 PTO's your first 5 years and then you get a whole 5 days!! We actually had an employee's mother pass away a few weeks after he started and he couldn't even get a leave to go to his mothers funereal. This place is truly a joke. It's absolutely disgusting. They don't care about their employees period. Keep looking for a job even if it takes a few extra weeks/month. Trust me, you'll need a mental rehab if you work here.
