Pros
PTO stands for paid time off, the time you earn bi-weekly, which is vacation, sick and holidays all rolled into one. After 22 years, I receive 10+ hours every two weeks which is way more than fair. We receive an annual raise every year, 2-2.5% may not be a lot but you receive this every year; some employers don't give raises but once in a blue moon. I am allowed to work FULL time from my home and have an amazing boss. Good benefits and the company pays half of the cost.
