CHRISTUS Health interview questions

The interview process is multi teired. After you make it through the recruiter, and the hiring manager selects you for an in person or virtual interview. After that, there is a peer interview. If you are interviewing for a management spot, you will interview with the director, their VP, and a group of peers.

Online with clinic attending and program director. The interview was relaxed and cordial. The whole day was Well organized. Resident panel was also informative and enjoyable. I also got a follow up email asking if I had further questions.
