Pros
Personal satisfaction from supporting patient care, very hard-working employees, great teams, extremely diverse.
Cons
Too much work, not enough staff, pressure from high stakes, priorities change very quickly without proper planning or understanding by sr mgmt, organizational design makes no sense, very poor retirement plan and PTO (vacation, sick), raises are so low as to be pointless, no support from upper mgmt and no transparency on decisions, remote work forbidden by CEO (except on call).
