Pros

Big on mission and serving the underserved and vulnerable populations. I personally have a wonderful leader and a great team.

Cons

PTO policy had a major change, cutting hours after year one from 240 to 184. No additional hours until you’ve served TEN YEARS. On top of this massive cut, they force holidays and sick leave out of PTO, with many forced cultural days, leaving you with very little time for vacation time with family. Zero flexible work options makes this even more unbearable… no flex or remote work because they’re building a shiny new building. Direction comes directly from Ernie the CEO so no chance of it changing anytime soon, and anyone complaining hears they’re “not right for Christus” from HR. Insurance not available until 45+ days of full time employment.

Pros

PTO and health benefits....friendly and helpful front desk staff

Cons

Low pay, no growth opportunities, poor and unprofessional leadership who are very laxed, unhelpful, uncaring, nonchalant and even disrespectful at times.... only in a leadership position for the title and money, showing favoritism to certain associates. What's really disturbing is most don't know anything, not even their job, and can't provide any answers. They use the team leads to do their jobs for them while they sit at their desk and relax.
