PTO given up front to be used during the year.

Cons

All call ins count against you- even if you give advanced notice per policy and provide a Dr note. 8 call ins within 12 months equal termination; therefore, if you call in several days in a row with ongoing fever (obeying employee health policy) more than once per year, you may be done. Health insurance will not start until 45 days after start of employment

I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

Cons

Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

Pros

Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

Cons

Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
