Pros
There are kind and intelligent employees that are very easy going. There are snacks.
Cons
I'm not sure if the company has the employee's best interests in mind. They don't have remorse over cutting any of their without warning employees. They don't give people a chance to correct or improve their behavior/performance. I understand Nevada is an At-Will employment state, but have a heart and understand that people's livelihoods are at stake. This place seems to care more about your time than your output. There is a strong sense of favoritism going around as rules can be bent for select individuals. There is a culture of fear and compliance. You know there's a problem when the employees are always on edge and afraid that their job is on the line. There is no room for change or improvements based on employee feedback. The leadership can easily disregard it and go along with whatever they want. They can fire you for saying something inappropriate and easily turn around and do the same thing behind your back. All these problems are branched from one source, which is the individual who runs the US branch. There are lower-level managers who are great and doing their best, but they are also subject to the rule of the same individual. It's all about control and power.
