Pros
The office is in a good location.
Cons
In my years of work, I have never seen such a situation. If I had to give a definition of a toxic work environment, I would give CLdN as the answer. The company's management consists solely of squeezing its employees as much as possible without the slightest concern for the possible consequences on their health with grueling working hours (even more than 12 hours a day in a row), 5-minute lunch breaks in front of the computer where you have to work. I do not recommend anyone to work for this company because you will experience really unfair situations such as discrimination and personal insults to you and your colleagues by people who feel superior to you just because they have been working in the company for a few years and had a grain of power. The company will not provide you with any kind of training even if you are promised at the interview stage, they do not want to invest in you to train you, they just want automatons who suffer all kinds of abuse in silence. The salary is below average almost ridiculous even if they call it ''attractive'' don't believe them they are very skilled at manipulating you. In the time I worked for CLdN, I saw everything, but the most impressive thing is the number of people who after a few months or weeks decide to leave it happens all the time and management does absolutely nothing. Getting hired is really easy and the interview was very easy, they present themselves very well and they are very good at manipulating you to convince you to work for them. In conclusion, my advice is to avoid this place and look for something better both in terms of salary and work experience if you are a fresh graduate.
