      Just a place to gain exposure for 1-2 years but would recommend people to move on quickly

      This role can give you a good start in order to learn some basic shipping terminology and gain exposure to shipping and logistics

      Cons

      Bad management who do not really lead by example leads hard-working people to leave the company as they are not appreciated for their work Bad HR department You do not really have the opportunity to grow internally and gain new skills Unsocial hours where stuff are forced to work extra hours sometimes Toxic environment

      Workmates Some of the shifts you get are good

      Cons

      Shocking management Underpaid even though they boast about their 700 million + profit each year, don’t even get a Christmas work do, Christmas bonuses don’t exist, no overtime opportunities they’d rather just stitch you up with a 12hr unpaid shift
