Pros
There aren't any good aspects to this job.
Cons
Its company policy not to give raises ever. The only increase in pay I ever recieved was when local minimum wages went up. Worked for them off and on from 2013-2022. In that time I had dozens of managers. Every single one that was around for a year or more was abusive, hostile, and harassing. The nice ones were run off by equally awful managers of their own. I filed endless reports to employee relations with nothing done aside from a few investigations. Won't pay you fair wages for your experience. I have nearly 20 years of merchandising experience, including for them, and they offered me $15/hr. In the last position I was hired for. Laughable. Last manager was so bad that I developed panic attacks when having to communicate with them. I actually feel sick to my stomach when I see the crossmark logo anywhere now. Crossmark management gave me mental health issues. I have had a hard time applying to jobs and not being a nervous wreck when meeting managers for interviews. I really wish I had sued for emotional damages.
