      Work life balance is nice.

      Cons

      They don't know what their identity is and this has a negative impact on employees. Not a lot of PTO unless you're there more than 5 years.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
