Pros

NONE.. promise you the world but in hindsight they lie about everything.. its all about making money. other grunt workers are decent but we all get taken advantage of.

Cons

VERY, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I have over 35 years experience in technology field with 3 degrees and they offered me measly 18 hour (Later I found out they paid a coworker male $25 hour!!) worked crazy hours on different campaigns and was doing 2/3 work but only compensated at 18 hour while my lazy coworkers got 20-25 hour!.. then when one campaign ends they give you another campaign but you have to take 2-3 dollars less per hour. WHAT A SCAM>... then they lay you off with NO NOTICE and cheat you out of holiday pay.. when I tried to reach out to get letter confirming i was laid off so i could get unemployment and state benefits. (pay mortgage ect) these jerks went dark on my .. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM.. unethical and they will use you up for their own greed. another girl moved to Austin and then was laid off with no compensation to get back to Seattle. DISHONEST........................... Pros NONE... dishonest scammers Cons cheap salary and lie about job security

Pros

Approachable management staff, some very tenured folks in both Bellevue locations. Hard work really does get promoted and recognized with both monetary and non-monetary incentives. This place isn't for everyone, you really need to be independent and own your section of the business and have the ability to run a tight ship with your schedule. Good health care coverage/plan with minimal cost to employee. The company has made a few strides in the recent FY that allows for Worldwide expansion and opened some new offices outside of Bellevue.

Cons

Parking in the office is kind of expensive, so I try to take the bus when I can. Commuting to downtown Bellevue sometimes takes a bit, but if you come in earlier you can avoid some traffic. Since I am on a Microsoft project, I am able to get a free Orca card. I don't like that I cannot work remotely without taking a partial day PTO, especially since we work on a lot of cloud programs...Seems a bit at odds with the tools and businesses we support.
