Pros
Management did what they could most of the time, and they were usually there for their employees when they were needed.
Cons
They did instigate a lot of the office politics that took place. I don't feel like they fought enough to get us paid more. Being a phlebotomist at CSL was one of the busiest, hardest jobs I've ever had, and I just don't think that the pay reflects that.
