The interview process is approximately 20 minutes by phone. The questions cover a variety of work experience, work challenges, and successions. Overall satisfied with the interviewer and the simple process entailed in the interview.

What does professionalism in customer service look like to you?
Email sent with times to schedule an interview. Then a phone screening was conducted and then you schedule the interview person interview. All fairly straightforward. Just note you are more than likely going to train for other roles to adjust for staffing changes.

Luego de aplicar en línea me escribieron para entrevista por teléfono a los dos días, entrevista completamente en inglés. Al día siguiente de la entrevista telefónica se comunicaron para otra entrevista presencial.
