I’ve been with the company for 3 years, and it’s truly a great place to work. The leadership genuinely cares about employees and creates a supportive, flexible, and understanding environment. The CEO is outstanding—approachable, inspiring, and always focused on doing what’s best for both the team and the business. The culture here is positive, collaborative, and full of great energy.

Honestly, not many. Like any growing company, there are occasional challenges, but leadership listens and takes feedback seriously. I think what could be improved on is our benefits.
