Management genuinely cares about the team. They actually listen to feedback, support your day to day growth and don't just micro manage. Compensation is incredibly reliable. Wages are always paid exactly on time and the spiff bonuses are a massive motivator that reward hard work.

Cons

The role requires a lot of focus and consistent daily effort, but the compensation structures make it entirely worth it
