If you can maintain good mental health in a job like this you can do it anywhere. Transferable skills that helped me finally defeat depression.

Underfunded sites under weak management in key areas sent to the underworld. No redundancy or holiday pay after pandemic forced termination. Inability to spot and cherish talented team members. Greedy economy starved key sites of staff or care resulting in a bad reputation and miserable staff weekend after weekend.
